Job Title: Receptionist Length of Assignment: February-May Hours: 7.30-16.30/10.00-19.00 Monday-Friday Pay: 12.50 per hour. Address: London EC2N 1DW As front of house, you will be responsible for providing a 5-star experience to our clients. The role encompasses a range of operations, front of house and office service tasks. As part of successful team, you will be required to support all clients across a fast- paced legal firm caring out a variety of admin tasks. Flexibility, attention to detail are key factors, work under pressure whilst offering dedication and accuracy. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasks to include, but are not limited to: Meeting and greeting visitors; acting as the first port-of-call to the office Answering phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner; identifying requirements and diverting appropriately, or passing on the relevant messages Preparing client rooms for meetings, including setting up any relevant equipment Assisting in the set-up, organisation and smooth running of events, requiring occasional outside hours work Ensuring the safety and security of the building, including liaising with security staff Liaising with Teams to ensure any queries or concerns are passed to the relevant team members Other ad hoc duties to enable the smooth-running of the department when required Prospective applicants must have previous front of house or reception experience within professional services. Applicants must be highly organised, with excellent attention-to-detail, and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; being able to provide an exceptional service to the firm's visitors.
