Working Pattern: Part Time - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.30am - 5pm (fully based in office)
Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrator to join their organisation on a fixed-term basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions and general administration tasks.
- Finance Duties:
- Process and record supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and issue monthly sales invoices to customers
- Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with credit control and payment queries
- Address supplier and customer finance-related inquiries promptly
- Assist with quarter-end processes and provide necessary financial information
- Conduct bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Process and record payments and receipts for petty cash
- Reception & General Administration Duties:
- Provide reception cover during staff absences and busy periods
- Welcome visitors and manage telephone and email inquiries professionally
- Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate staff members
- Receive and distribute incoming post and assist with outgoing correspondence
Experience Required:
- Previous Administration experience essential (you do not have to have finance experience however this would be a bonus)
- Organised, reliable, detail-oriented and proactive
- Be able to demonstrate a positive approach to finance and general office administration.
- Comfortable in managing priorities and a strong understanding of confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information are essential
