Full-Time Project Support Coordinator – Temporary Contract

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm | Friday 9am-3pm
Pay Rate: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour
Contract: 3-6 Months

Our client is on the lookout for a confident and capable Project Support Coordinator to support their busy operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same.
As they continue to grow and evolve, they need someone who\’s not only great at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, but also comfortable picking up the phone, solving problems, and working closely with suppliers and site teams.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings for staff
- Ordering materials for construction sites by liaising with site managers and suppliers
- Generating Purchase Orders and client reports using our bespoke recording system
- Providing general administrative support, including:
- Answering calls and handling day-to-day enquiries
- Updating internal systems and databases
- Basic Excel data entry
- Supporting basic finance tasks
- Ad-hoc admin duties as they arise
What We\’re Looking For:
- A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
- Someone confident in communicating with suppliers and site staff
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing office environment
- Confident using computer systems and ability to pick up new systems
- Previous experience in a Project Support role would be desirable.
