The role – Receptionist/Administrator Location – Glasgow (G51) Hours – 25 hours per week Salary – £25k (pro rata) Our client, a large and expanding organisation in Glasgow, is seeking a part-time Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. Ideally our client is looking for someone who will work five days per week (phone number removed) but they can be flexible with the working hours for the right candidate. Requirements for the role – * Previous experience within construction/engineering or a similar industry will be advantageous. * To be successful with this role you will need to pass a UK Security clearance. * Full Driver's license. * Intermediate skill with MS office The function of the role will be to provide first class front of house and administration support to the operations team. You will be accomplished at handling multiple deadlines, providing business support in a fast-paced environment together with delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Answer all incoming calls * Issuing visitor passes * Adherence to security procedures * Setting up meeting rooms * Respond to client enquiries * Open, record and distribute incoming mail as well as arrange outgoing mail * Ensure all filing is accurate and up to date * Diary management * Assist with the maintenance of client database * Providing ad hoc business support together with filing and document retrieval Skills: * Proficient in all Microsoft office packages including Excel * Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines * Self-motivated with a positive attitude * Excellent communication skills This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation in a thriving industry.
