Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices. Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, addressing any payment-related queries promptly. Prepare and send out reminder letters and statements to clients. Negotiate payment plans and terms with clients when necessary. Work with the finance team to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records. Report on outstanding debts and provide insights to management. Assist in the implementation of credit control policies and procedures to improve efficiency. What We\’re Looking For: Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance-related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
