Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and making a real difference in their lives? We are seeking a dedicated Court of Protection Paralegal to join our client on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen interest in mental capacity law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist fee earners with Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications and ongoing case management.
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and prepare bundles for hearings.
  • Liaise with clients, their families, and third-party professionals with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support with billing and administrative tasks as required.

About You

  • Previous experience in Court of Protection or Private Client work is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
