Your Role:
As the PA to the General Service Manager, you will be the backbone of the administrative team, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support for memos, letters, and emails.
  • Taking minutes at meetings to keep everyone on track.
  • Overseeing the recruitment process for Service Apprentices across all branches, collaborating with HR and Service Managers.
  • Maintaining the portals and Web Academy with updates related to staff and other manufacturer platforms.
  • Fostering superior communication among branch Service Managers and Service Administrators while offering support as needed.
  • Preparing letters and mail merge documents when required.
  • Organising courses, travel, and hotel arrangements for the General Service Manager and service staff.
  • Keeping in-house training records updated in conjunction with the HR department.
  • Assisting the warranty team as necessary.
  • Ensuring the General Service Manager\’s online calendar is up-to-date and booking interviews/meetings when appropriate.
