Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: London, Barbican (full time from the office)

Contract Details: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum

Hours: 9:00am-6:00pm Monday- Thursday, 4pm finish on Fridays!

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Executive Assistant to support the MD and Commercial Director. Responsibilities:

  • Provide full business and personal support to the MD and Commercial Director.
  • Manage complex diary scheduling across multiple time zones (US/UK).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative support.
  • organise all business travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements.
  • Facilitate smooth internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary background info is prepared.
  • Assist with personal errands, appointments, and family logistics.
  • Oversee personal finances, including expense reporting and budget tracking.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Minimum of 5 years\’ experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to multitask effectively.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic personality with a proactive mindset.
  • High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Packages and Google Suite.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills.
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives in the architecture industry is a plus.
