Job Title: Office Manager Location: Tunbridge Wells Pay: £14 – £16ph Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time Driving Required: Yes Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home) Immediate Start Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming email queries and ensure prompt responses or delegation to relevant departments. ️ Handle tender processes, including document preparation and online submission. ️ Arrange travel, including booking trains, flights, and accommodations for staff. Provide diary management support, scheduling meetings and appointments. Oversee the smooth running of the office on the 3 days it is manned. Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed. Organise and conduct induction sessions for new employees. Coordinate ongoing training sessions for staff. Support the team in a hybrid working environment, ensuring seamless communication.Person Specification: Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ️ Previous office management or similar experience is desirable. Ability to work independently and take initiative.Additional Details: Flexible working pattern with three office days per week (days to be confirmed).
