Central London (Farringdon / Chancery Lane) β Hybrid (2 days per month from home) Β£28,000 β Β£32,000 + bonus + paid travel We are currently working with a long-established and fast-growing office interiors company who are looking for an Office Assistant to join their busy Sales Team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys being organised, supporting others, and wants to build valuable skills in administration, sales support, and client services. You\βll work closely with the sales team to keep projects on track β preparing documents, coordinating with suppliers, and getting involved in client meetings. The company has a close-knit, social team of 14 and a supportive culture where you\βll be encouraged to learn, take on responsibility, and progress quickly. The Role Preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for client projects. Processing order information with attention to detail. Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve queries. Supporting the sales team at client meetings and project visits. Assisting logistics and finance teams with admin support when required. Developing strong product knowledge (training provided). About You Some prior work experience in an office, retail, hospitality, or customer service role. A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
