Job Description
We are excited to be working with one of our fantastic Charity partners, who are dedicated to providing high quality services to the local community, to recruit a friendly and organised Office Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills within a business that really does make a difference.\\n\\nYou will be reporting directly to the Senior Management team to be the compassionate, safe pair of hands for all things admin so if you're able to effortlessly manage a variety of responsibilities simultaneously with a calm and flexible approach to work, then this is going to be the perfect opportunity for you.\\n\\nDue to the importance of this role, you will need to show you have recent and similar experience of working in a front-line administrative position to ensure you can hit the ground running.\\n\\nRole: Office Administrator\\n\\nLocation: LS7, free parking\\n\\nHours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm\\n\\nSalary: £24,963 – £26,324 per annum\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\nGeneral reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors and accepting deliveries\\nTaking calls, and monitoring of voicemails and email inboxes, ensuring messages are checked and dealt with regularly\\nGeneral administrative duties such as sorting and opening mail, scanning or photocopying documents, sending out post, organising and processing invoices\\nAssisting with the organisation of events\\nUsing social media to interact with the public to post content and monitor engagement\\nMaintaining and managing office supplies\\nLiaising with utility companies and service providers, booking in repairs and planned maintenance\\nUpdating the database with information and creating reports\\nBooking in repairs and making/chasing up appointments; writing letters and carrying out satisfaction surveys\\nTaking minutes of meetings\\nLiaising with suppliers and making online purchases according to requirements of the service\\nAny other ad-hoc administrative duties as and where required by the Senior Management teamTo be considered, you will need:\\n\\nPrevious experience in a similar role including Front of House duties\\nExcellent organisation and time management skills\\nDiligence and attention to detail\\nAbility to use own initiative and work independently\\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)\\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal \\n\\nOffice Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
