Administrator Northampton Start date - Immediate start until Christmas 37.5 hours per week £13.50ph We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to support our Technical team with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Technical team. Maintain project records, filing systems, and databases. Manage technical drawings, approvals, and project documentation. Liaise with consultants, contractors, local authorities, and internal departments. Organise meetings, prepare minutes, and assist with project updates. Process and track planning applications, Building Regulations approvals, and other documentation. Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations. Monitor budgets, fees, and project trackers. Ensure all records are accurate and up to date.About You: Previous administration experience. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and IT skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.This role would suit someone who enjoys administration, is highly organised, and can work effectively in a busy environment.
