Position Overview
- Role: Temporary Administrator
- Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour, paid weekly through OA
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm. Full time.
Your Responsibilities
- As a Temporary Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning team:
- Providing administrative support to the planning team.
- Coordinating contractors and assisting with scheduling activities.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases and documentation.
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Liaising with contractors and internal departments regarding work requirements.
- Updating spreadsheets and monitoring planned activities.
- Supporting workforce and resource planning processes.
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
· To excel in this role, candidates should possess
- Previous experience within an administrative role (essential).
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
