Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Organize and maintain the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings and liaising with team members.
- First Point of Contact: Handle calls and emails on behalf of the Director, ensuring communication is smooth and efficient.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new clients, making a great first impression and ensuring they feel valued.
- Project Administration: Support the Director with ad hoc projects, including planning events and presentations.
- Team Liaison: Communicate with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure tasks are completed on time.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous office-based experience supporting senior members of staff
- Client-facing experience, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong IT, communication, and literacy skills.
