We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Project Support Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced underwriting team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a project-driven environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the full underwriting lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing, data integrity, and compliance throughout the policy journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the end-to-end underwriting process from policy inception through to completion.
  • Reviewing and interpreting slip entries and accurately inputting information onto internal systems.
  • Cross-referencing data at various stages of the underwriting process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identifying, investigating and resolving discrepancies or anomalies within underwriting records.
  • Monitoring financial transactions and highlighting any issues or irregularities.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  • Working closely with underwriters and key stakeholders to support project delivery.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

About You

  • Ideally 3 to 4 years' experience in a similar Project Support, Underwriting Support, Operations Support or Insurance Administration role.
  • Experience working within the underwriting lifecycle and insurance environment is highly desirable.
  • Confident, proactive and capable of working effectively under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve anomalies.
  • Financial awareness and an understanding of transactional data.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
