Our client is a well-established pharmaceutical organisation who enhance and improve the health of millions of people every day and are looking for help with a project. This exciting Customer Service position would be an ideal step for a Life Science graduate who is looking to make a transition into an office-based role. The successful candidate will have a relevant Life Science background and interest in the pharmaceutical industry.
Hybrid working (8 days per month in Office) | Office based in Canary Wharf | £14.20ph | 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) | 6 months temporary

Duties of the role:
- Providing administrative support to the teams by managing and monitoring the dedicated mailboxes
- Filtering, prioritising, re-routing work coming in, take decisions and action independently where appropriate and discuss and agree what action is required
- Ensuring accurate records and audit trails for all data management including internal/external communications and making use of the various Tracking Systems available, procedures spreadsheets, secure information channels and databases to the highest possible standard and within GDPR rules
- Ensuring rapid and efficient distribution of timetables, assessment reports and comments, and annotating the tracking systems as appropriate
- Manage incoming meeting requests for meetings, including retrieval of papers, circulation of incoming information
- Processing invoices and raising purchase orders as directed
