Partner closely with the Creative Director to manage professional and personal priorities, including diary management, travel, events, projects and key stakeholder interactions. Act as a trusted point of coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while anticipating needs, resolving issues and creating effective solutions.

Build strong relationships across the leadership team and departments to improve planning, communication and alignment while maintaining flexibility. Support the delivery of key business initiatives including Fashion Week, operational improvement projects and cross-functional activities.

This role requires exceptional organisation, discretion and commercial awareness, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and confidently manage competing priorities in a high-profile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning & Diary Management: Manage and prioritise the Creative Director's professional and personal diary. Ensure time is focused on high-value activities including design, bespoke appointments, press and business priorities. Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel and accommodation (UK and international). Act as the primary gatekeeper, filtering and prioritising requests and enquiries. Manage expenses and general administration. Support Department Head meetings through planning, preparation and follow-up actions. Drive effective communication and planning across departments. Ensure meetings are well-organised, productive and action-oriented.
  • Projects: Coordinate and oversee business projects outside the critical path. Lead ad hoc initiatives and opportunities as required. Create project plans, agendas, meeting notes and action trackers. Monitor project timelines and ensure Creative Director input is secured when needed. Liaise with senior stakeholders to maintain momentum and deliver projects on time. Organise internal events, training sessions and strategy days. Conduct research and gather information to support business decisions.
  • Fashion Week: Partner with the Marcomms team to support event production. Coordinate backstage operations and logistics. Act as a key contact for production partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Meetings & Events: Organise internal and external meetings and business engagements. Coordinate lunches, breakfasts, client events and larger-scale hospitality activities. Manage guest lists, invitations and RSVPs when required. Support store events, launches, private client events and trunk shows. Research venues, suppliers and event opportunities. Ensure regular alignment with Bespoke and Bridal teams to keep the Creative Director fully briefed.
  • Personal Support & Administration: Manage business and personal email correspondence. Coordinate household and family-related administration, including travel and holiday arrangements. Manage travel documentation, visas and renewals. Liaise with household staff, contractors and service providers. Coordinate home maintenance, repairs and personal requests. Organise occasional private events, dinners, gifts and family celebrations.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Provide cover for the Office Manager when required.
