About the Company
Our client is a well-established and growing business within the food industry, supplying high-quality products to customers across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a German-speaking Sales Support Administrator to join their dynamic and friendly team.
The Role
The Sales Support Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales function, ensuring customers receive excellent service and that orders are processed efficiently. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for German-speaking customers while providing administrative support to the wider sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email in both German and English.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinating with internal departments including logistics, supply chain and customer service.
- Maintaining customer records and updating CRM systems.
- Producing sales reports and general administrative documentation.
- Monitoring order progress and ensuring customers are kept informed of delivery schedules.
- Resolving any order-related queries and escalating issues where necessary.
- Supporting account managers with customer communications and account administration.
Skills & Experience Required
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience within a sales support, customer service, sales administration or order processing role.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
