  • Pay: £25.65 per hour (£50K per year)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 weeks with possible extension
  • Role: Fully office based with possibility to work 1 day from home

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver top-notch executive support to the COO and other senior leaders as needed.
  • Proactively manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings across multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, venues, itineraries, and logistics.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting packs to ensure leaders are fully prepared.
  • Support leadership meetings by coordinating logistics, managing actions, and following up on key deliverables.
  • Assist in creating presentations, slide preparation, and other vital business materials.
  • Provide project and administrative support on strategic initiatives and cross-functional activities.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships across the organisation.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and ensure leaders' time is utilised effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the EA, Workplace, and Business Operations teams to deliver a seamless support experience.

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience as an EA, Personal Assistant, or Team Assistant supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven experience managing complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Strong attention to detail and a knack for executing tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Comfort in preparing presentations, meeting materials, and executive communications.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, video conferencing tools, and project management platforms (i.e., Asana, Coda), along with an interest in AI technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the business.
