Logistics Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Godalming (Must drive – no access via public transport)
Working Pattern: Fully on-site
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (flexible start times available) + 1 Saturday per month
Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 per annum (permanent)
Temp Rate: £13 – £14 per hour plus holiday pay
Training: Full training provided

We\’re working with a well-established, family-run logistics company based in Godalming, and they\’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support their busy operations team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity where your contributions will be valued from day one.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as a key point of contact for drivers, customers, and logistics partners
- Supporting daily dispatch and delivery operations
- Resolving issues quickly and efficiently to keep things running smoothly
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service
- Managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What We\’re Looking For:
- Strong IT skills and confidence using systems in a busy setting
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Previous experience in customer service or administration (logistics experience is a bonus, not a must!)
- A calm, can-do attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively
