What the Role Involves:
As an Event Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our client's event. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with event setup and breakdown
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Providing on-site support and guidance to guests
- Helping to manage registration and attendee inquiries
- Supporting the event team with various administrative tasks
What Our Client Is Looking For:
We would like someone who is very hands-on and can assist in a multitude of tasks such as shifting tables and chairs, potential admin duties such as badge placement and room set up (not catering), putting banners up, and place cards. There may be a requirement to direct guests to rooms. Someone who can think on their feet, and take direction.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of enthusiasm, organisational skills, and a passion for events. Key qualities include:
