What You\βll Be Doing:
As a Legal Secretary, your day-to-day tasks will include:
Opening, maintaining, and closing client files in accordance with the firm\βs compliance and file management policies.
Acting as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely updates and essential information.
Typing and formatting complex legal documents, leases, contracts, and reports using digital dictation tools.
Conducting basic property searches, including Local Authority, Environmental, and Title searches.
Monitoring critical deadlines for lease completions, option periods, and contract exchanges.
Preparing and issuing invoices and statements to clients.
Submitting Land Registry applications and assisting with requisitions.
Supporting the wider Commercial Property team with overflow tasks during busy periods.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
