Legal PA – Temporary to Permanent position

Location: Altrincham, Greater Manchester

Employment Type: Full time office based, Monday – Friday

Salary: up to £45,000 DOE

About the Role

As a Legal PA, you will play a crucial role in directly supporting a Senior Partner and offering support to a small wider team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in a rewarding position. The office is very accessible via all public transport routes and offers free onsite parking.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to a Senior Partner and 2 legal professionals
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Draft and proofread legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintain and organise files, both electronic and physical
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to streamline workflows

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Legal PA or Secretary within a legal environment – litigation is preferred but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Proven work history of working under strict confidentiality and professionalism
