This is an exciting opportunity for someone, ideally with managerial experience, who is eager to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking firm. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Managing Partner.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Diary management, general management of the office, assisting with stationary supplies.
- Client Liaison: assisting with client enquiries such as onboarding formalities and AML checks.
- File Management
- Accounting & Financial Management: perform legal cashier duties, supporting with billing including some credit control and budgeting.
- Sales: supporting with BD initiatives, liaising with the marketing and social media consultants and attending networking events.
- Human Resources Management: inductions, employment contracts, assisting with recruitment, staff performance.
