Office based, 9am to 5pm – Monday to Friday, possibility to work from home after 6 months.
One of the UK’s leading reputable legal organisations are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join their Family Law department in their new, modern Richmond Office

As a Legal Assistant, you will be joining this friendly, empathetic, expert team, providing a supportive and collaborative service, delivering the best possible outcome and drive to continuously learn and improve.
Role:
- File opening and management.
- Dictation.
- Court bundles and forms.
- Client ID Checks.
- Preparing Risk and Compliance Assessments.
- Providing Cost Estimates and Client Updates.
- Billing and expenses.
- Diary management for the team and arranging meetings for clients.
- Assist with marketing and business development events.
Requirements:
- Possess strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
- Have some knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and processes.
- Display exceptional attention to detail.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
