We are partnering with an established organisation in Sussex to recruit a Reward & Benefits Specialist on an initial six-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and play a key role in supporting reward, compensation and benefits initiatives during an exciting period of change and development.

Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of reward and benefits programmes across the organisation.

Conduct salary benchmarking and market pay analysis.

Provide reward insights and recommendations to HR and senior stakeholders.

Assist with annual pay reviews, bonus schemes and reward projects.

Manage and enhance employee benefits offerings.

Analyse reward data, trends and metrics to support decision-making.

Ensure reward and benefits practices remain compliant with legislation and best practice.

Support the implementation of reward-related policies and processes.

Candidate Requirements Demonstrable experience within Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Reward.

Strong understanding of salary benchmarking and reward frameworks.

Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Advanced Excel and data reporting capability.

Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
