What You'll Be Doing
- Project Coordination: From quotes to work orders, subcontractor scheduling, client updates, and invoice processing.
- Audit & Compliance: Keeping accreditations up to date and ready for annual audits.
- Fleet Management: Overseeing MOTs, servicing, and general upkeep of 5 vehicles.
- Office Admin: Supporting with service contracts, office moves, equipment, and general admin tasks.
- PA Support: Managing inboxes, attending meetings, and preparing reports for the CEO.
What You'll Bring

- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
