Internal Recruitment Specialist Location: Leatherhead Salary: £32k to £38k Benefits: 23 days holiday plus BH and birthday, pension, social events, hybrid option and parking! In this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure you are building a strong team that aligns with the company values and culture. From managing the end-to-end recruitment process to handling all HR administration. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs Source, screen, and interview candidates for various role Manage job postings across multiple platforms Coordinate the interview process Extend offers with selected candidates Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires HR Support: Producing staff contracts Assist in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies Coordinate employee benefits administration Support with staff performance management Assist with training and development initiatives. Help maintain compliance with labour laws and regulations Support HR projects and initiatives as needed Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally also HR Charismatic, energetic, and approachable A natural communicator with a knack for building relationships both internally and externally.
