As our Import Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our multi-modal express and time-critical logistics. Your, * Coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery

  • Managing invoicing and profitability

  • Ensuring compliance with customs regulations

  • Resolving HMRC queries efficiently to minimise duty and tax liabilities, * Deliver exceptional customer service to our Express Clients on a daily basis

  • Manage the operational email inbox and oversee the workflows of consignments

  • Proactively address and resolve operational issues and customer service concerns

  • Ensure timely sales invoicing and accurate job costing

  • Process import/export documents and submit Customs Entry Declarations

  • Stay updated with market trends and industry news

  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships

  • Document client business processes and requirements thoroughly

  • Conduct self-audits to ensure compliance with HMRC regulations

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Strong knowledge of AOG/NFO and Express services

  • A professional demeanour

  • HMRC Customs procedural knowledge, including entry submissions

  • Proficiency with computer applications, including Excel, CRM databases, and BoxTop

  • A passion for customer interaction and relationship building

  • The ability to thrive in a target-driven environment

Annual Salary: 32,000 – 38,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Working Pattern: Full Time
