Resolving HMRC queries efficiently to minimise duty and tax liabilities, * Deliver exceptional customer service to our Express Clients on a daily basis

Manage the operational email inbox and oversee the workflows of consignments

Proactively address and resolve operational issues and customer service concerns

Ensure timely sales invoicing and accurate job costing

Process import/export documents and submit Customs Entry Declarations

Stay updated with market trends and industry news

Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships

Document client business processes and requirements thoroughly

Conduct self-audits to ensure compliance with HMRC regulations

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong knowledge of AOG/NFO and Express services

A professional demeanour

HMRC Customs procedural knowledge, including entry submissions

Proficiency with computer applications, including Excel, CRM databases, and BoxTop
-
A passion for customer interaction and relationship building

The ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
Annual Salary: 32,000 – 38,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Working Pattern: Full Time
