Role Overview: Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive House Manager / Personal Assistant to support the smooth running of a private estate and provide administrative support to the wider team. This is a pivotal role requiring a strong background in administration, accounting, and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Operational Support Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to all departments within the estate. Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and external service providers. Maintain and update staff records, contracts, and documentation via Safe HR (currently managing 22 staff members). Accounting & Financial Oversight Manage day-to-day financial administration, including invoicing, petty cash, and expense tracking. Assist with budget preparation, financial reporting, and liaising with external accountants. Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts and vendor payments.
