Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Pay Rate: £13 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a warm and friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling for service and sales, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.
- Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
