Fulfilment Manager
Location: Loughton, Essex
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm
Benefits: 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays, pension scheme, company discounts, and early Friday finishes!
Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Fulfilment Manager to join our client's team! This is your chance to shine as you guide a small team to ensure seamless stock control, order fulfilment, and inventory management. You'll play a pivotal role in optimising processes and ensuring products are always available, all while supporting the company's growth!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 4, fostering a professional and productive atmosphere.
- Oversee stock control from ordering to goods inwards, order picking, assembly and despatch operations.
- Ensure all operations comply with company health and safety policies.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment to maximise productivity.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent both overstock and out-of-stock situations.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance inventory management.
- Review and refine policies and procedures to streamline daily operations.
- Work closely with senior managers and other departments, including customer service, marketing, and logistics, to support the company's growth plans and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist during product launches, promotions, and peak times to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
