Location: Shoreditch, London (7-minute walk from Old Street train station)
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday and Wednesday, 9:30am-5:30pm Tuesday and Thursday, 9-4:30pm Friday. Monday and Wednesday from home.

Salary: £27,000-£35,000 pa

Responsibilities:
- Assist with credit control, monitoring outstanding invoices and maintaining client relationships for timely payments.
- Help process accounts payable, handle invoices, and reconcile supplier statements.
- Support contractor payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments while resolving queries.
- Aid in contractor onboarding across the UK, EU, and US, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate on preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide insights supporting business operations.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proven experience in a finance role, particularly with contractor payroll and accounts payable.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage tasks independently.
- Must have strong Excel skills i.e. V Look Ups & Pivot tables.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Experience in preparing management accounts.
- Understanding of recruitment services and end-to-end finance processes.
- Proficiency with finance tools like Xero, G-Suite (Google Sheets), Notion, Bullhorn, and Timesheet Portal.
Technologies: Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
