  • Prepare sketches, maps, and reports to support the sales team in pricing materials

  • Estimate labour and plant requirements for each project

  • Assess complaints and implement necessary adjustments and repairs

  • Ensure compliance with Company and Statutory Health and Safety requirements

  • Surveying experience

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Persistence, resilience, and the ability to think quickly and clearly

  • A good all-round education and strong computer skills

  • Full UK driving licence
