Temporary Executive Personal Assistant
£19.00 - £22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Essex and wider regional locations (travel required)

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in your working day? We are delighted to be supporting our fantastic client in their search for a Temporary Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. No two days will be the same, as you will be working across a variety of locations, supporting at executive level and ensuring the smooth running of an extremely busy schedule.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished, proactive and highly organised individual who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact within a respected and professional organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated Personal Assistant support to senior executives
- Managing complex diaries, appointments and schedules
- Coordinating meetings across multiple locations
- Preparing correspondence, reports and confidential documentation
- Organising travel arrangements and logistics
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions
- Managing emails, enquiries and telephone calls professionally
- Maintaining confidential records and documentation
- Building strong relationships with internal and external contacts
- Supporting executive leadership with day-to-day operational requirements
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
- Experience supporting at executive or director level
- Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail
- Professional, confident and highly discreet
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to prioritise a busy workload and work proactively
- Flexible and comfortable travelling to different locations as required
- A driver with access to a vehicle would be highly advantageous
- A current Enhanced DBS Certificate is highly desirable
- Ideally an Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service
- Candidates without a current DBS must be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
