Customer Success & Sales Executive
Salary: £27,000 per annum basic + monthly Bonus (OTE £32,000+)
Contract: Permanent | Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm + 1 short Saturday per month

We're looking for a Customer Success & Sales Executive to join an established and expanding organisation in Hove / Portslade. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customer service and sales to work in a thriving, supportive environment.
You’ll handle warm enquiries, provide exceptional customer support, and convert opportunities into sales through outstanding service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Convert warm leads into successful sales through proactive follow-ups.
- Process orders accurately and resolve any delivery issues.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience.
- Gather feedback to improve products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service or sales in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
