Our client, a well-established and growing business based in Doncaster, is currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR professional looking for a varied and rewarding role within a supportive and busy environment. You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR function and ensuring all HR processes run smoothly across the business.

The Role

  • Coordinating and maintaining the HR system, ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date
  • Preparing and administering payroll hours for submission to a third-party payroll provider
  • Providing support and administration throughout grievance and disciplinary processes
  • Managing recruitment administration, including posting job adverts, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and liaising with applicants
  • Conducting pre-employment checks and supporting the onboarding process
  • Producing HR documentation, reports and employee correspondence
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR department

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience within a HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar HR position
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
