You\’ll collaborate with a dedicated team, ensuring that our projects meet objectives and are delivered on time. 💼Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Prepare materials for project board meetings and training events. Support examiners in their project duties, ensuring smooth participation. Conduct testing and content checks on the exam platform to uphold exam standards. Assist in updating project documentation and SOPs. Exam Content Management: Collaborate with Exam Content Coordinators to input and update exam questions. Coordinate meetings with examiners for question writing and standard setting. Compile, clean, and analyse exam data with the Quality and Standards Officer. Prepare and check exams related images and associated data prior to migration onto the new exams platform. Appeal and Misconduct Management: Research and document evidence on appeal and misconduct cases. Schedule and administer panel meetings, ensuring thorough record-keeping. Respond to inquiries with sensitivity and discretion. General Administration: Maintain accurate SOPs and update staff guidance materials. Revise processes for continuous improvement and efficiency. What We\’re Looking For: Essential Skills: Experience in a similar administrative role Familiarity with data entry, CRM/tech systems Ability to pick up new systems quickly without too much direction Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
