Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their growing team. Responsibilities: Conduct fact-finding to gather key information and contact potential new clients from leads. Build and develop relationships with new clients. Conduct online research to identify potential clients. Liaise with decision-makers regarding company services. Qualify potential leads and secure a commitment from the key decision-maker for an appointment. Accurately enter key data into the in-house system.
