We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Operations Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of customer orders from enquiry through to fulfilment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and coordinating multiple processes in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Customer Service & Account Support
    • Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
    • Build strong relationships with customers and provide an excellent service experience.
    • Provide accurate information regarding products, availability and delivery schedules.
    • Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Order Management
    • Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
    • Monitor order progress and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
    • Liaise with production, purchasing and planning teams to ensure orders are delivered on time.
    • Ensure all order information is accurately maintained within internal systems.
  • Logistics & Inventory Coordination
    • Monitor stock availability and support inventory management activities.
    • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to meet customer requirements.
    • Assist with shipping schedules and distribution activities.
    • Maintain accurate ERP and inventory records.
  • Reporting & Administration
    • Maintain accurate customer, order and service records.
    • Produce reports relating to sales activity, stock levels and customer trends.
    • Support continuous process improvements and reporting enhancements.
    • Assist with general administrative duties as required.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, customer operations or order processing role.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Experience using ERP, CRM or order management systems would be advantageous.
