Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Legal Administrator / Personal Assistant (PA) to join a well-established company based in Crawley. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Administrator, Legal PA, or Secretary to support a busy team within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and PA support to senior legal professionals
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
- Handle client enquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintain accurate file management systems, including opening and closing cases
- Support with billing, invoicing, and general legal administration
