We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Administrator to join a busy team in Crawley. This role combines customer service, administration and case management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, investigating queries and ensuring customer records are kept accurate and up to date.

The Role

As a Customer Support Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries, gathering information and maintaining accurate records while delivering a first-class service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support
    • Communicate with customers and third parties via telephone, email, text and other communication channels.
    • Manage outbound calls to obtain information and progress customer enquiries.
    • Provide timely updates and ensure customers are informed throughout the process.
    • Take ownership of customer queries and work towards successful resolutions.
  • Administration & Record Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records across internal systems.
    • Record information obtained from customers and third parties with a high level of accuracy.
    • Monitor outstanding actions and follow up where required.
    • Ensure all documentation is completed in line with company procedures.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive working environment.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
    • Support other areas of the business during busy periods when required.
