The role:

  • Work closely with Contract Managers, assisting with all project-related administration
  • Obtain supplier quotes
  • Create and maintain health & safety files, risk assessments, and method statements
  • Produce and update operation & maintenance manuals, registering certificates with relevant authorities
  • Respond to questionnaires and maintain approved status with clients
  • Manage the sub-contractor database, ensuring supplier documentation and insurances are up to date
  • Maintain office systems including data management, spreadsheets, and filing
  • Provide administrative support to Directors and the Administration Team Leader
  • Liaise with the design team and maintain the office diary and client databases
  • Monitor emails for selected staff members during their absence
  • Assist with reception and telephone cover during absence
