  • Coordinating contracts to ensure safety performance and profitability meet our client’s and customer expectations.

  • Updating internal systems and web services to keep a clear and accurate record of project status.

  • Developing and adhering to systems compliant with ISO 9000 procedures.

  • Acting as a liaison between customers, operational staff, and the director to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.

  • Negotiating prices, variations, and extras with customers to ensure changes to scope are reflected in prices and profit targets are met.

  • Upholding health and safety standards in accordance with regulations and our client’s policies.

  • Maintaining a positive and professional image of our client at all times, representing them with integrity and professionalism in all situations.

Our client, a leading company in the installation industry, is seeking a dynamic Installation/Project Coordinator to join their team. As the Installation/Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to the projects, ensuring safety, contractual performance, and profitability. Your exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction., * Previous experience in project coordination or a similar role.

  • Experience within the Construction sector is a distinct advantage.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in using internal systems and web services.

  • Knowledge of ISO 9000 procedures is desirable.

  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem-solving.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm, with 30 mins lunch

Hybrid: Yes, after your probation period, once you have been trained and are familiar with the company procedures

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 DOE

The team: You’ll be working as part of a supportive team of 8
