We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Project Support Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced underwriting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a project-driven environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the full underwriting lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing, data integrity, and compliance throughout the policy journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the end-to-end underwriting process from policy inception through to completion.
- Reviewing and interpreting slip entries and accurately inputting information onto internal systems.
- Cross-referencing data at various stages of the underwriting process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identifying, investigating and resolving discrepancies or anomalies within underwriting records.
- Monitoring financial transactions and highlighting any issues or irregularities.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Working closely with underwriters and key stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
About You:
- Ideally 3 to 4 years' experience in a similar Project Support, Underwriting Support, Operations Support or Insurance Administration role.
- Experience working within the underwriting lifecycle and insurance environment is highly desirable.
- Confident, proactive and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve anomalies.
- Financial awareness and an understanding of transactional data.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
