Our client, a well-established Safety & Security Systems Company, is seeking Resident Liaison Officers to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support residents while playing a key role in an important fire safety installation programme.
The Role
- Start Date: 12th October 2026
- Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
- Duration: Until February/March 2027
- Location: Stratford
- Working Pattern: 4 days per week
- Rotating shifts: 9:30am - 5:30pm/6:00pm 1:30pm/2:00pm - 8:00pm Every third Saturday on a rota basis
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residents to arrange access for upcoming fire alarm installations within their properties
- Support residents in completing digital forms and booking appointments via an online portal
- Create and update resident profiles using tablets and internal systems
- Accurately record resident information and appointment details
- Input all collected data into the SimPro system at the end of each shift
- Liaise with engineers by ensuring appointment information is updated and communicated correctly
- Escalate any resident concerns to the manager
- Carry out general administration duties as required
Please note: this is 'warm knocking' as all residents will have been contacted in advance and will be expecting your visit.
About You
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, resident liaison, housing, community engagement or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional and approachable manner
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using tablets, online booking systems and databases
- High attention to detail when recording information
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of resident visits
- Experience using SimPro would be highly advantageous
