Location: London | Hybrid Salary: Up to £75,000 + Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time Start Date: Immediate Start Available A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager / HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation. This is a strategic and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to partner with senior leaders, influence people strategy, and drive organisational effectiveness across the business. Key Responsibilities * Partner with senior stakeholders to align people strategies with business objectives. * Provide expert guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management and organisational development matters. * Lead and support organisational design, restructuring and change management projects. * Develop and implement workforce planning and succession planning initiatives. * Analyse people data and trends to support decision-making and improve business performance. * Drive employee engagement and retention strategies across the organisation. * Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring a fair and compliant approach. * Support compensation, reward and benefits initiatives, including annual salary review processes. * Develop and review HR policies, processes and best practice frameworks. * Collaborate with managers to identify talent development and leadership capability opportunities. * Support business transformation, culture change and continuous improvement projects. * Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice. Requirements * Previous experience operating as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor. * Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making. * Demonstrable experience leading organisational change and transformation initiatives. * Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations matters. * Experience managing complex employee relations cases from investigation through to resolution. * Strong workforce planning, succession planning and talent management experience. * Proven ability to use HR data and insights to support people-related decisions. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualified (or equivalent experience). * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Experience working within a multi-site, international or fast-paced environment would be advantageous.
