Our client is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to lead the organisation's financial operations and join their small team with a fun, supportive and hardworking culture! Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver day-to-day financial operations, including payroll, invoicing, and transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor financial status and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage banking activities, including international payments and direct debits.
- Prepare management accounts for reporting and monitoring purposes.

Requirements:

- Experience in preparing management accounts and financial reports.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information.
