Assistant Property Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join a well-established property management business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of a portfolio of residential developments and leasehold properties.
- Support the preparation of meeting agendas, reports and minutes for AGMs, EGMs and resident meetings.
- Handle resident and client enquiries via telephone, email and post, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests, liaising with residents, contractors and suppliers.
- Assist with service charge administration, invoice processing and financial record keeping.
- Support health & safety compliance, insurance claims administration and contractor management.
- Attend property inspections and assist with reporting and follow-up actions.
- Help administer legal documentation, consents and property-related enquiries
Requirements
- Previous experience within property management, lettings, facilities management, estate management or a strong administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach with confidence building relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the property sector.
- Knowledge of leasehold property management would be advantageous but is not essential.
