They are looking for a Junior Estimator to join their supportive team, offering full training, long-term development, and genuine opportunities for progression. Key Responsibilities: Review architectural drawings, specifications, and client enquiries to understand project requirements. Analyse layouts, dimensions, finishes, acoustic requirements, and installation considerations. Prepare clear technical enquiries where additional information or clarification is required. Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to obtain pricing and technical information. Produce accurate cost estimates and formal quotations. Ensure quotations accurately reflect specifications, lead times, and installation requirements. Maintain organised records of enquiries, estimates, and quotations. Respond to client queries and provide technical support where required. Assist with value engineering and alternative solutions to meet client requirements.What We're Looking For: Previous estimating experience is beneficial but not essential. A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. Confident written and verbal communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to interpret technical drawings would be advantageous.
